The staff make this hotel, without exception they were all fabulous. The hotel was clean and the bed was one of the best I've slept in at a hotel. Everyone was polite, helpful and friendly! You wouldn't go hungry or thirsty but the cocktails were pre made, not great 😏, not premium spirits but good nonetheless. The snack bar was the same every day, maybe pizza would be good 🤔

All-inclusive meals, drinks and snacks were very varied and well-presented. Lots of choice of different restaurants. Room was large and clean. Quiet. Good swimming pools and sun loungers. Enjoyed the daily exercise sessions in the pool with music and instruction ! Easy access to lovely clean beach and beach walks in either direction. Enjoyable evening entertainment programme. Food was absolutely amazing, variety of choice, different food every day, fresh and supertasty, fish pasta meat fruit salads seafood paella churros pancakes etc anything you want. Loved the variety and incredible taste. Rooms superclean, comfortable, pool clean and amazing, drinks tasty and plenty of choices, no issues with extending stay, Staff very friendly and smiling all the time Rui Party absolutely gorgeous, great music, neon gadgets for the guests, we had lots of fun.

This resort exceeded our expectations of an all inclusive for families. The property is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Lots of pools and activities and perfect for families with younger children. The food at the main buffet and the themed restaurants was all of good quality and we never had to wait to be seated or eat. The property is located a short walk from a fantastic beach - we spent hours playing in the waves and building in the sand. We loved every moment of this relaxing family holiday!

RIU Chiclana, really make an effort to provide their guests with good service, you can tell their staff work very hard to keep all facilites clean and they seem happy to assist. Without a doubt, their entertainment is the best you will find, from the pool side activities to the night entertainment, especially their Riu Party, this past Friday it was the Neon Party, packed to the rafters, with DJ, PRO saxophonist, pro dancers, incredible, I wanted to dump my kids somewhere and enjoy the party as an adult. This is a very very busy hotel, but we never had an issue with sun loungers, and breakfast, lunch, dinner is of a very high standard, moreso if you book the themed restaurants.(you need the Riu App) This is a pure all inclusive, no buts, no hidden fees for drinks/ snacks etc. Its slightly on the pricey side, but it will not disappoint you.

Great place to enjoy with young kids: soft play area, kids water park, large sandy beach close by, with smooth entry into the sea. Beautiful place, all in all.

Great hotel for families with children all ages. The facilities and the entertainment for kids are amazing and extremelly well organized. Yes, it's a big hotel with a lot of people but there are plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy confortably. The hotel was fully booked and never had an issue with the pool chairs, or with the restaurants. Staff is great and very nice. Would definitely recommend for families

Pleasentness of the staff, they all were exceptional. Size of rooms were good and beds very comfortable. Food in all restaurants was very good. Pool towels issued. Plenty of sunbeds available at all times of the day

Very good selection of food. Beautifully kept properly with spotless facilities and grounds. maintenance: we called about a faulty plug and sink and it was fixed almost before we put the phone down!
